Dales Appliance Repairs fixed my Neff dishwasher and Smeg oven cooker. When I rang the office the staff there were very good to asking me first to check if I was still under warranty with either manufacturer. The engineer repairman that arrived was very professional and polite. His name was Bob and he explained they are also a Bosch dealer and I have asked for a price of a new Bosch washing machine from them. Neff and Smeg engineer prices were far to high so I am glad I used a local company. Great service thanks.
